Can’t signed in. It is stuck don’t have access to any icons just power and Wi-Fi. Try the power off and hit esc did PF 2 PH 11 and nothing don’t know

Can’t signed in. Keeps kicking me out. Can’t switch between my sons and my name. Did a power off hit Esc 3x hit PF2 didn’t work then PF11 and nothing . It brings me back to the main screen says that the pin is no longer valid can’t change password or pins . Is like going in circles. Please help thanks I have a HP laptop-14 notebook product number 7MP80UA#ABA
